Overnight Lodging for
Multi-Day Corporate Retreats

Many groups choose Maryville for the convenience of on-site lodging, meeting spaces, meals, and recreation. Rather than bouncing around between multiple locations in an unfamiliar city or coordinating vendors, everything you need is available all in one place.

St. Felix Lodge and St. Joseph Lodge each accommodate 10-20 guests and offer comfortable, relaxed gathering spaces, well suited to discussion-based meetings and smaller team retreats.

For larger conferences and events, our Main Center offers 32 rooms with a total capacity of 64 guests.

FAQs

How far in advance should we book a corporate retreat?

Most groups book at least six months in advance. For the best selection of dates, meeting spaces and lodging, we recommend reserving up to one year ahead.

 

Are day-only corporate rentals available, or is lodging required?

Day-only rentals are available and can often be accommodated with as little as 24 hours’ notice. A typical day retreat runs from 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. and includes use of the grounds and lunch. Overnight lodging is optional and ideal for multi-day events.

Are meals included with a corporate rental?

Meals are not automatically included but can be added to any rental for an additional fee. All meals are prepared on-site and are fully customizable for dietary restrictions and group preferences.

Can we reserve the entire grounds?

Yes. While more than one group may occasionally be on-site, the entire campus can be reserved for completely distraction-free focus. Ask about this option when you contact to book.

Is on-site staff available during our event?

Yes. Staff are available on-site from 7:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. for the duration of your event, and an on-call team member is available after hours.
