Lakeview Conference Room

Located within Maryville Retreat Center, the Lakeview Conference Room features large windows and access to an outdoor deck overlooking Lake Elliott. This bright, air-conditioned space is equipped for presentations and can be arranged in theater-style seating or with round tables to accommodate a variety of event needs.

San Damiano Center

This standalone one-floor building conveniently located next to our lodges includes a food serving area, chapel, meeting space with full IT/AV capabilities, parking and handicap accessible entry. San Damiano Center is perfect for graduation parties, weddings, baby showers, birthday parties, anniversary receptions or any other group or family celebration.

St. Felix Lodge and St. Joseph Lodge

Accommodates 10-20.

St. Felix Lodge and St. Joseph Lodge offer rustic, intimate gathering spaces with air-conditioning wall units and a relaxed atmosphere. These lodges are ideal for small groups seeking privacy, focus and simplicity. Renovations currently in progress; expected completion Spring 2026.

How far in advance should groups book?

Most groups book at least six months in advance. For the best selection of accommodations and offerings, we recommend reserving your dates up to one year ahead.

Are there packages available?

Yes! Our packages are designed to be flexible and affordable. Each option is broken down individually so your group can create a customized experience that meets your needs.

What is included when renting a lodge?

Overnight accommodations come with a 24/7 beverage station. Meals can be added for any stay and must be prepared by Maryville staff in accordance with health department regulations. All meals are fully customizable to accommodate dietary restrictions and group preferences.

Are meals included with conference rentals?

Meals are not automatically included with conference rentals but can be added to any stay for an additional fee.

Are day-only rentals available or is lodging required?

Day-only rentals are available and can often be accommodated with as little as 24 hours’ notice. A typical day retreat runs from 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. and includes a bedroom for the day, use of the grounds and lunch.

Can we use outdoor spaces during our conference?

Absolutely! While the use of outdoor spaces depends on your group’s preferences, they are always available. Many groups incorporate outdoor activities into their retreat schedule.

Will other groups be on-site during our conference?

It’s possible another group may be on-site at the same time. We strive to match groups with similar retreat experiences to ensure a peaceful environment. If you prefer complete privacy, the entire grounds can be reserved—please ask about this option.

Is on-site staff available during conferences?

Yes. Our staff is available from 7:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. for the duration of your event. After hours, an on-call staff member is always available for assistance.
